Abbey Farm Caravan Park is open for 51 weeks of the year, and has welcomed visitors from all around the world for the last 60 years, at the town's International Musical Eisteddfod,  many return regularly to meet old friends and to make new ones. We are only 1 1/2 hours drive from Birmingham, an hour from Liverpool, and Manchester. The Park at Abbey Farm is located at the foot of the famous Horseshoe Pass, surrounded by high hills and mountains, bordered by rippling streams and the ancient ruins of Valle Crusis Abbey as a centrepoint. The fast running River Dee is five minutes walk , and also the canal where you will see horse drawn boats.

Abbey Farm Caravan Park, has a 12 month licence for holiday homes, and park leisure homes, ideal for a second family home, or retirement base. We have sites available overlooking the stream which runs through our site.

We welcome tourers and motorhomes from 1st March to October 31st. We have electric hook ups, shower and toilet facilities and a number of seasonal pitches available, which allow you to leave your caravan here for the season and use it as much you like, including your electric and awning.

Camping at Abbey farm is set in an idyllic level site next to the ancient ruins of Valle Crusis Abbey, shaded by trees with a flowing stream along side it. Electrical hook ups also available on request, we are strictly a small family site and do not take large groups.
