Treat yourself to well raised and traditionally butchered meat from the wide selection of meat in our shop. The beef and lamb is from our own herd and flock and the pork is from the very close Abbey Grange. All meat is slaughtered locally and prepared by our own butcher. We have a comprehensive selection of various cuts, joints and meat products available at our shop next to the reception office.
We always have jointed halves of lamb available in our freezer from £26.50. If you prefer your half lamb either chilled or jointed to your own requirements or even whole, please contact our office or call in before hand and we will do what we can to fulfil your requirements.
We also sell quartered pigs ready for the freezer, again we are able to joint the quarters to you own requirements. We also dry cure some of the Abbey Grange pork to produce fantastic gammon and bacon joints.
As well as joints and cuts of meat we also produce our own sausages in 6 flavours and our own burgers in 2 flavours as well as garden minted chops and ribs (very tasty indeed and very sticky finger making!).
We are all looking forward to our spring lambs being born, and the first should be ready for the shop for Easter.
